I am not completely certain as I have never seen a story to verify but, with Jolly Kone Drive-Ins scattered here and there throughout California, they must have been some sort of chain or association. I have never been to one but I’m not certain visiting just a single location would count for a fair assesment. None of the ones that remain seem to be associated with the other so the menu items vary…although it does seem most of them have very good online reviews.
