  I’m sorry but I simply found this picture from a collector. If you click on the picture, it should take you to his original post of the photo on Flickr where you could ask there. However, since he’s just a collector and, I believe, a northern California resident, it is unlikely he has any information either.
  
  I wish I could be of more help. Unfortunately, as you’ve probably already seen, only two items come up in a Google search on this place and one of them is this post.
